Re: QQ against a limp-reraise
Double hand low (I think it's called that?) is something that generally only works if you're directly to act, or maybe a seat away from the original limper. It's pretty donkish in mid position if you ask me. Also you will very, very rarely see it happen, so don't feel bad. Next time flop a Q

[/ QUOTE ] Yes, depending on the table. [/ QUOTE ] level 1 of a 22 there is no reason to do this in mp after a limper, and yes this is an instant call |

Re: QQ against a limp-reraise
I've seen 66 and JTs and A5o enough times to make this an easy decision.

Let's not quibble over whether it's a PVS or not. Good players occasionally change up their game. If you disagree, there's nothing more to be said. Didn't anyone ever play limit poker? I don't particularly like playing Aces against five or six opponents, but I know how to do it. |

Re: QQ against a limp-reraise
I'm not folding QQ preflop HU in a $22. But, this is probably the time when folding QQ HU in a $22 is least incorrect.

Re: QQ against a limp-reraise
People seem to disagree with me and I thought about it some more. JTs and 55 are just as likely if not more likely than AA and KK.

Re: QQ against a limp-reraise
1. Tigerite's reasoning was dead on.
2. Whether this is a "PVS" or not is moot 3. Whether this is a good play by villain depends 4. Calling is a good because this play by villain will be an extreme exception, not the norm. |
