Default Scary turn...how do you play it?

The turn card was terrible for my vulnerable top pair...what do you do here?

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, Hero calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks,

Flop: (5 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, Button calls, SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG folds, Hero.... ????

You have to bet it. It's a scary card for your opponent(s), too.

Now, if he raises you ... Ugh ... I wouldn't feel good about anything after that. I'd probably muck there, but not sure if that's correct.

Fire 1 off. UTG was the rasier and it looks like he dropped.
