Why did Party start another Bingo Parlor? They already have $.5/1 Limit - same concept.

Yeah, its crap. You have to have like a +50% ROR to even make it worth your while, and HA is like 7% so you only get back like $30 of EV

It's +EV, but it's only like $25 or $30. I doubt the reload is +EV since it's a 50% bonus. Either way, there are at least 100-150 better bonuses readily available.
