Default 100/200 PStars Overpair Meets Resistance

6 or 7-handed, I open in MLP with 99, both blinds defend. SB is bad, overplays hands especially draws. BB is loose, but doesn't get out of line TOO much from what I've seen.

Flop is 656r. Checked to me, I bet, SB raises, and BB 3-bets. Do I continue with the hand, and if so, what's my plan for the rest of it?

seems like a pretty easy cap to me. there are some advantages to waiting to raise the turn, but you open yourself to a situation like a Q turning and it being bet-raise to you again and folding the winner. sack up, cap it, tell them you aren't folding. you have the best hand almost always. you might even induce a bad fold

the question is whether to raise now, or raise the turn... how could you fold here?
i say just cap that [censored] now.
