Default Top Set 25/50NL

UB 25/50NL, game is 3-handed. Button folds, I pot it in SB (5000) with red Queens. BB calls and has me covered. No real reads, the game just got off recently.

Pot is 300. Flop comes QJTr. I pot he calls.
Pot is 900. Turn comes 4, completes RB. I bet 700, he calls relatively quickly.
River is a 5. What do you do here? Pot is 2300.

put out 900 or so, enough that one pair might call, and little enough that he thinks he could push you off your hand with a big raise
