yeah, I got mine for around $580 or so after tax. If you don't get the 25% off coupon through Dellf you can just get one off ebay for like $2. There are also frequent $40-50 off deals from slickdeals and other sites that can be stacked with the 25% off. Dell also has a free shipping deal that I got, dunno if they always have that or if it was a limited time offer.

How do you make a $1000 deposit if you are using Neteller? I know the maximum transaction limit is $500... will Party support add the remainder of the bonus manually if you ask them to?

Default First deposit only, not a RELOAD...no?

The 20% Deposit Bonus will ONLY be applied on your first deposit made between 00:00 hrs EST, December 17th and 23:59 hrs EST, December 20th 2004. You must use the bonus code "DECBONUS" on the Deposit Screen where you enter the amount of the deposit.

It means you cannot make multiple deposits using the code during the 3-day period... just 1 deposit.

$580 for a monitor! OMG

I paid $200 for my CRT and it will do 9 tables no overlap.
For $235 you can get a Trinitron Flat Screen CRT that will do the 9 tables...

I HATE LCD's cuz if you aren't looking directly at them you can't see them. They disappear. :P That and 1% of the pixels are dead on any LCD which is plain annoying.

Besides CRT's look SO much better. So unless you are short on deskspace, why get an LCD?

Have you verified your bank account? I've made $667 deposits into poker sites a couple times, and cashed out $1k into my bank account. I don't think there's a limit.

Thanks for for showing me the offer... I had read the specifics, but I was wondering since I was being limited not by how much I could deposit, but how much I could deposit in one transaction. (I have enough money in Neteller to make the full $1000 deposit.)

Yes, I actually do have it verified at Neteller.... I was under the impression that PartyPoker limited the transaction to $500, not Neteller. If I can deposit more than $500 (in spite of what PartyPoker says on their help pages), then I guess it isn't a problem. :-) So, other people have deposited more than $500 using Neteller at Party?

I appreciate the help - it's a stupid question, I admit, but I've never actually had to make a deposit this big before.

Where are you finding these mythical $200 2400x1800 CRTs? I'm looking on newegg.com and dell's website, and I don't see any with a higher resolution than 2048x1536 which will have overlap, and are all $400+ anyway. The 21 inch trinitron is $1500 at newegg and only does 2048x1536...

Unfortunately, I deposited $660 yesterday. I emailed Party asking them have the christmas spirit and apply the bonus so I don't have to cashout then redeposit. Will the bonus be invalid if I do cashout today then redeposit sometime between the 17th and 20th? Anyone have any luck getting Party to give them a bonus without having to complete the whole cashout-redeposit transaction? Thanks for the info.
