PokerOffice or Hold'em Inspector?

I currently use Pokertracker with Gametime+, but the instant pot odds + outs calculations and automatic livetracking seems like nice features.
Hopefully some of you have tried and compared those programs, so I'm wondering if they are worth it's prices, and if so which one to buy?

I would advise against using any of these applications. The best way to perfect your game is calculating the pot odds on the fly in your head, just as you must do in a B&M game.
