Burning DVDs

I just tried to burn a DVD but the audio isn't in sync with the video. When I play the video on the computer everything is synced just fine, but when I put the burned DVD in a DVD player it is out of sync.

I'm using nero to burn the DVD. The file I'm trying to burn is an mpeg video file compressed with Divx. Any ideas?

Seems like an case with your dvd-player. Maybe it has old codecs or something similar.
