For older guys

This forum seems a little younger than other sports/gambling forums im a member at. Nevertheless, im 42 and I am sure there are quite a few my age and older here.

Here is the question:

Do you see/feel yourself getting older?
I am sure the younger guys dont get it...but I know what i was like at 32 and now, 10 years later, I am slowing down big time....I am...gulp...turning into my Father. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Can you relate?

In about 3 weeks I turn 30.

I'm (damned near) twice the man I used to be.

sitting on your ass for 12 hours a day will do that to a man.

I'm slowing down, but I'm still svelt baby [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I am 42 also. The worst for me is that I don't fit in at the gym anymore... And I DON'T want to! I can still kick it a little bit but my days are numbered. Ahhh [censored] it...

Yeah when I was thirty I was still shitting lightning bolts... Now Ive got hemorrhoids. I refuse to get my prostrate checked and the day I need viagra I am going to shoot myself.

there are lots of people on here close to 40 and a lot close to 25.

I'm 55 and while I hated giving up basketball and raquetball because of bad wheels, I'm enjoying life more now than ever.

Of course it helps to have a job I like, a great wife and a great family. I do admit having a little mid life anxiety when I hit 40 though.

37 here, and I am definitely slowing down. I am still in pretty good shape, but no where near my prime.

I'm 38, but what I lack in youth I make up for in immaturity. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

It helps to have no kids yet. Those things make you age faster I think.

I'm 25 and I can already tell my metabolism is starting to slow down..... I'll be suicidal by 30. I think it's time for QLC.
