Default Dell Inspiron 6000

I need a new PC. My ancient one broke down a couple months ago and I have been playing poker on my Mac. In short, its driving me insane being restricted to a handful of sites.

I only have about $900-$1000 to spend on new tech right now, and the 6000 seems to be right in my wheelhouse (most importantly, the ability to upgrade to WUXGA).

SO... if anyone on here could share whether this machine is a good choice it would be much appreciated. I know these questions are asked 1000's of times in this forum, but I really want some reassurance before I pulled the trigger. I would use it for poker, some excel, some word, and net surfing, nothing more. TIA

Yeah, I know i was kind of vague im my questions, but basically I just was looking for general impressions on its overall capacity to be a poker computer, and if current users are satisfied.

I guess one concern I have is that the screen will be too small to 4 table.

Inspiron 6000 is great, especially for poker.

I know 6 or so people that all bought it and like it.
