Default Advice Needed With My Play...

Right, I haven't made a advice/strategy post in a long while as I have been trying to get out of a rut...

I've been playing break-even poker for about 13 weeks...
Approx 22K hands...My only profit has been from bonuses pretty much. I have kept a blog for the past 11 months and have seen my bankroll fluctuate.

I have posted some of my pokertracker stats that I think are relevant.

Background details are :

* I play 3-6 tables of 6 max
* A large part of this break-even (loss period) has been spent on the cryptos. However, I lost $490 on Pokerstars whilst clearing the bonus on there. Not used to the play with a combination of suckouts and tilt...
* I have very little problem with timing out and disconnects etc.
* I play approx 15 hrs a week possibly upto 20.
* I play 50c/$1 NL pretty much exclusively except for when I moved up to $1/$2 for a little trial run...I ran bad for 3 weeks and moved back down.
* My PT rating is TAG (Eagle).

1. A screenshot of my stats for past 3 months

2. Continuation of the more deatils page

3. These are the losses from my hands minus 34 *Top* hands from the past 13 weeks

4. My top 10 losing hands over the past 13 weeks

5. These are my position stats for the past 13 weeks.

6. These are my overall stats, for the past 9 months.

I will post some hands after (hopefully) some critique of my stats. However, am I just experiencing a downswing/running bad period? Am I overestimating my abilities?

What stats jump out and really need sorting...?

Thanks in Advance & Regards

You play 6max right? What level?

From your stats the following jumps out,

* You are a little too tight
* You don't defend your BB enough
* You don't try and steal the blinds enough (nowhere near enough)
* Your PFR is incredibly low - far too low.
* You don't get to showdown enough

I would cut down on the number of tables you play and really ramp up your preflop aggression.

It's probable that the number of tables you play is causing you to play too tight/passive preflop.

If you want I would be happy to go over a block of hands for you (200 or so). PM me if you are interested.

I was shocked by your stats until I saw you played no limit. I have no clue how six max no limit plays.

In short I could have saved everyone involved some time if I just didn't make this post.

Carry on.

These are the exact things I saw - plus you also are folding your SB to too many steals. There is just no way to beat the shorthanded game with just 6% PFR and 18% VP$IP.
