the closest I know of right now is the cherokee casino in tulsa ok. I dont know for sure if the winstar is going to be 18+ or not but they open on feb 16th so it may be worth giving them a call. IF you are in west texas then you may be clsoer to drive up to new mexico and play in some of the indian casinos there which I believe are all 18+ but I could be wrong.
