Default Auto-rating opponents

I recently invested in Poker Tracker, and I want to auto-rate opponents. Does anyone know where there is a guide giving the criteria to use for this?

bisonbison's rating guide is pretty popular. I don't have the link personally, but I'm sure the next poster will.
