Default missing money on eurobet

this is going to sound totally controversal, and i'm almost never one to say things like this, but.. i've noticed something strange with eurobet lately. when done with a session, my pokertracker win/loss result is often different from eurobet's cashier window, and i'm not sure what's going on. the client's stats and session browser even agree with my pokertracker stats, but the cashier tells me differently, and today after my 7.5 hr session it seems that $100 has evaporated. i wonder if i contact support that they'll even take me seriously.

others have had the same problem, including me. eurobet seems to have missing hands that pokertracker and euro's stats window never see. initially i had less in my cashier than what pokertracker said. now i have more in the cashier than what pokertracker says. its a problem with eurobet, but i'm fairly certain the cashier is correct. although $100 seems like a big difference unless you play really high limits.

i've seen this before and never thought much of it since it was never a difference of much money, and always just trusted the cashier more than pokertracker, concluding that it must have just missed some hands. but now that it's $100, i contacted them. let's see if they respond.

oh also, it takes the cashier window a few minutes to update correctly once you've left a table. if you check it seconds after you get up and leave, the money you had at that table won't be redeposited into the cashier window until a few. so this made me paranoid that somehow the money is just floating around somewhere and never found its way into the cashier window. but how could that be possible.. but anyway i've never seen it to have more money in there than my stats indicate, always less.

Same problem here. I'm missing about $35. Support are complete f*cking morons and have been utterly unhelpful so far. I'm about to withdraw and move on.

It's not a pokertracker problem. Their own software has a stats page that'll tell you your net profit for "all sessions." Mine says $121.35, but my balance is $86.81 plus my initial deposit. Pokertracker has $121.35 as well.

It's a huge goddamn bug and they don't seem to give a [censored].

i'm more inclined to think that the cashier number is what the truth is, and the stats and pokertracker are just missing hands, but it is still unsettling. it's not like live when you can count the chips in front of you and take them to the cage. you have to trust the cashier is correct when we multitable.

I noticed the samething two different times on PokerRoom.
First one was for $1 and the second time was for around $3. Thought maybe I was paranoid. Never had that problem on PP,PS, Absolute, or paradise.

I finally got an email from someone who has a clue. He sent me a spreadsheet listing each session I played. Mind you, I've only ever played this site from one computer. His lists matches the session browser about halfway through, then stops matching altogether. Every table I played on 12/28, save one, shows a different net profit in the session browser (which is saved locally) than their servers do.

This is my correspondance with them about this very issue.

[ QUOTE ]
Dear Eurobet,
With the recent migration to the Poker Room network, a
change in the client software for your poker website
was required. I have since begun a new Pokertracker
database associate with my play on your website. I am
having problems however, maintaining accurate records
of my play. Presently, my database contains $190 worth
of errors. I have researched this issue and discovered
discussions of it on both the pokertracker forums and
the twoplustwo forums. The root cause is indicated to
be that your software fails to write hands to the
database file which is created on the customers hard
drive. In turn, Pokertracker cannot read hands from
that database file which are not recorded and the
result is an inaccurate play log. It seems to me that
the only hands which fail to be recorded are winning
hands as the error in my database is short of my
actual account balance, and the longer I play, the
larger the gap becomes.

I also play multiple tables. I play limits anywhere
from $2/$4 to $5/$10, depending on the game quality. I
have found adapting to your new software platform to
be problematic. The software is ill suited to
multitabling with large sections of overlap which
obscure player hands and visual ques and result in
frequent time outs.=20

The game quality has become an issue as well.
Migrating to the Poker Room network did result in more
players to play against, but I have not found the
better games which were so touted before the
migration.

The rake structure has also changed, and not for the
better. I also need the entire three months allowed in
order to clear my transfer bonus because although the
bonus is generous, the requirements are quite
ridiculous.

I expect that I will recieve a reply something along
the lines that you have no way to deal with the
software problems as you are at the mercy of your
software provider. I expect you to pass this e-mail
along to them and emphasize that your unhappy customer
is ultimately their unhappy customer as less revenue
for you will ultimately result in less revenue for
them.=20

I simply cannot indefinately tolerate the vastly
diminished quality of play at your site or the
inaccuracies in my records. Without positive feedback
that you take my input seriously and will act on it, I
will be forced to seek other venues for my online
poker pursuits.=20

Thank you for your attention.

Yours Sincerely,

[/ QUOTE ]

And their reply:

[ QUOTE ]
Thank you for the message.

Our Poker department inform us that they will pass your comments onto
our software supplier Ongame.

We take all clients feedback very seriously and we will investigate
this issue for you, as you correctly mentioned these issues are related to
our sfotware supplier and not to Eurobet directly.

We do believe that since we have switched network on our Poker site our
Poker product has greatly improved and we will continue to be part of
the Ongame network in the future.

We kindly remind you that Pokertracker is a third party software that
has nothing to do with our website and that we cannot comment on whether
this software runs efficiently with our Poker software.

Kind regards.

[/ QUOTE ]

I now have $212 error between my balance and my PT.

I have withdrawn every dime and will not return until they fix this. Everyone should do the same if we want their attention and tell them we are and why.

My 2 cents, which are about as meaningful as my PT database for Eurobet.

That stats page on Eurobet seems to freeze and miss some hands periodically. I have noticed this on several occasions and it can last for several hands. Most likely the HHs ar not being updated when this happens, hence PT not having the info. The stats page has sown my as -$1.31 for a sessioni of 4 tables when I was clearly UP $15.00.

The cashier page correctly show my correct balance, and this is what is MOST important.
