I thought this was funny and decided to just leave it at that and stop reading. If anyone finds out how to not let other people suck out on me let me know.

He means don't put yourself in the position where people can suck out on you very easily in the first place. Don't play hands that depend on the flop, especially that depend on you hitting it while others don't.

It's pretty much like the Aleomagus strat, except tighter on small pairs.
