Default JJ set - is this atrocious?

JJ UTG +1

UTG calls, I raise, UTG + 2 calls, 1 mp caller (all in), blinds call, UTG calls.

Flop Jd Tc 7s

SB Bets, BB Raises, UTG folds, I call, UTG+2 calls, SB calls.

Do I have the slowplay monster I think I do?

Turn 3d

SB checks, BB checks, I Bet, UTG + 2 calls, SB calls, BB calls.

River Ad

SB bets, BB folds, I raise, UTG + 2 3-bets, SB folds, I cap, UTG+2 calls.

Talk to me.

I read UTG+2 as a losing player but not retarded.

i think capping the river is big time spewing. KQ is a very reasonable hand here for UTG + 2, and most likely what he showed you.

Raise the flop. I'm definitely not capping the river, but the hand may very well play out differently after a flop raise.

Nope, he loses to a diamond flush. I'll give you 5:1.
