Default Good turn fold?

BB seems like a decent player. Never gets too out of line. He's not a chronic BB defender, so when he calls he must have something half-way decent. This is the type of hand I'm never too sure about afterward. Even if I was behind, do I have odds to see the river? The only hands I think I'm ahead of are A9 type hands, maybe 88 or TT?

I'm at least calling the turn since I have outs and possibly hidden ones against 2-pair getting 9.2:1.

I thought about that, but the only real hand I think he'd call with that could be two pair is J9. There's a possibility he overvalues suited cards in the BB and called with something like 96s.

I was also running over the table and had been raising a lot (just a solid run of cards), so maybe he was fed up as well and was pushing his 9 for all it was worth. You're probably right about seeing the turn.

How about AJ? TT?

No way I fold this turn. And not only for the merits of this particular hand, but metagame-type reasons.

Maybe just calling down after the flop is a good idea?

Call the turn, raise the river.

You dont want him to fold the turn with a worse hand nor do you want to see the river after he 3bets.

If you raise the river he will have to have a much better hand to 3bet, because he knows you wont be semi bluffing.

I dont like a river raise here, and Im a big fan of river value betting. He doesnt have KJ. I call down and expect to lose but I want to see what he takes a bet -> 3bet line with as opposed to a c/r turn line. FWIW I think he has a set and he played it very well.
