Default can you help clarify this?

So I just deposited 100 dollars in crazypoker to get the 40% back. I cleared it with 200 raked hands. Can I claim it and cash out now? I saw this in my email and I'm not sure exactly what they're saying. Any help would be appreciated.

"You are required to play through the credits placed in your account as well as any deposit to cash out your bonus. This can be done by betting in a total of 100 raked hands. This doesn't mean you can't win with your credits, but that you must meet these criteria before cashing in your winnings. If you cash in your winnings before betting a total of 100 raked hands Crazy Poker has the right to remove all bonus credits that you may have received."

E-mail them back for clarifications, this is the best you can do.
I cannot understand it either.
