Is it my PSU?

Absolutely no signs of life on my PC whatsoever. Its a Dell Dimension 4600. My first thought was PSU, I've checked the Dell forums and they seem to confirm that. Anyone know of a good guide on how to fit a PSU?

Disconnect your PSU from _all_ components within your computer. Then shortcut these two connectors plug coming out from the PSU:



If it starts, it should be fine. If it doesn't, you need to get a new one.
