How do I adjust to tourneys and sngs?

What adjustments do you make for tourneys compared to normal full ring omaha/8 games? Want to enter some tournaments, but afraid I'll play too tight.

In an MTT, I usually play slightly looser when the blinds are smaller, as I am going to want to accumulate a few chips early on so I can be more patient when blinds are increased.

In a sitngo, I generally play super tight until only 4 or 5 players are left. Good practice for a sitngo would be to play some 6-max tables to get the handle on shorthanded play, which is extremely, EXTREMELY profitable.
