Default Made nut flush when board paired...

Villian is seeing 60% of flops and has never raised pre-flop in 30 hands so far. He hasn't ever raised on other streets either.

At what point on the river should I have just called his raises?

Betting first was ok, even on the river, right?

I don't get the turn bet. This is clear check/call IMO

Yeah...I guess I only posted this because i was being results oriented. I really only wanted to post hands that I actually had to stop and use my 10 seconds of time to think about on here. End result; The guy showed pocket kings for a full house. He didn't raise pre-flop, I can only assume because he figured having only 2 people in the pot was fine to put his kings against. Also only called on the flop, so at best I expected if he had a boat it was something like K9, not KK. Ah, well. If he plays cowboys like that every time he won't make as much money in the long run.
