Default BET365 to Neteller - Cant withdraw - Help!

Bet365 wouldn't let me withdraw to my Neteller account, even though I deposited using it, so I called them to get a merchant code to request a transfer through Neteller.

Heres the problem: My Bet365 account is in USD, but my Neteller account is in GBP. It won't let me transfer.

Anyone know a way around this? I've only used Neteller with Party before, and no problems. Does this kind of thing happen with many sites?

My accounts are the other way around, and I cant withdrawl.

mc1 - having your neteller account in USD, how do you take money out. Do you get a cheque in USD? Do you get bank charges on that? Im thinking or trying to get my neteller changed over to USD.

Neteller said that cheques are now sent in your home countries currency rather than your account currency. (dunno if this is UK only or not)

I think cashouts are subject to a 2.9% exchange rate charge, but for me this is better than a 2.9% every time I move money from a gbp neteller to a usd poker site.

I get GBP cheques from Barclays bank in (heathrow) although one of my mates has said that he phoned up neteller and they did a bank transfer for him instead of sending a cheque. Not tried this yet.

Ripped from a post at BW...

1. Go to Neteller
2. Click the "Transfer" tab
3. Click "Transfer to/from Merchants"
4. Enter merchant transfer code BET34725
5. Finally, your merchant account ID = your username @ casino365.

If you haven't done this...this is your problem. I just withdrew a couple days ago using this method. When you click withdrawal on the banking page it says you cannot regardless of your currency.y

Yep, this worked g00t for me today...super fast too.

I believe you can only withdraw for free once per month though, so that could be a potential problem...more experienced whores chime in here, I could be wrong and just mixing up the many casinos out there.

I tried all this, except for the @casino365 on the end of my username. I gave up in favour of the following:
[*]Phone Neteller to change my account to USD - 10 mins [*]Phone Bet365 to update my Neteller account - 5 mins[*]Withdraw money from Bet365 - 6 hours and counting... zzz

Hopefully the fact that my Neteller account is now USD, I will avoid this in the future!
