I raise all these too.

I think that we really need to note, however, that we're getting very close to the line that separates +EV decisions and decisions which simply add variance (or are possibly -EV). This line must be determined by the individual and is based upon how well you play, how well you think your opponents play and how accurate your analysis actually is.
