Default found leak in my play, need help pls

Its pretty easy. I've been loosing money with cards like AJ-AQ suited of offsuite. In late position there is no problem, I have been making money with it but the big problem is when I'm in early position. I usually just limp in with AQ in early position and might call a raise depending on the person that raises preflop.
Once on the flop I play according to the player and cards on the board. here is an example hand.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) converter

Hero ($138.30)
MP1 ($103.20)
MP2 ($13.85)
MP3 ($34.40)
CO ($70.25)
Button ($98.30)
SB ($65.95)
BB ($109.75)
UTG ($100.50)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB calls $3.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $3.

Flop: ($13) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, MP2 folds, SB calls $5.

Turn: ($23) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6</font>, SB calls $6.

River: ($35) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $4</font>, Hero calls $4.

Final Pot: $43

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
SB has Ks As (one pair, aces).
Hero has Ac Qc (one pair, aces).
Outcome: SB wins $43. </font>

and this is typical and seems to happen to me all the time. Any Ideas to how I can avoid this, and I'd also like to know a couple of ideas on how to play these kind of hands in early position.
thanks
later
