Getting Mike Petriv\'s Hold\'em Odds book in Canada?
Hello everyone,
Any ideas on how to get ahold of this little beauty, whilst living in Vancouver? Other than ordering from the Gambler's book store in LV.....which has a fairly pricey international shipping charge on top of already pricey book charge. Anyone in Canada have a copy for sale?...or ideas? Cheers, the Real Macoy
