Default BB 66 flops a set in the 11s...

Party 11, level 1 so no reads...
Here's some of my thinking, correct/flame me.

Obvious check pf. This has been an active table and with a face card, some straight draw possibilities and a flush draw I figure its safe to assume this will be bet and the check raise will work. It did, but was it the right size? 1 caller - I figured him for a draw or two pair or even TPGK, but without any raise preflop this seems unlikely. On the turn I've hit my house, so let him try to catch (at least I hope he's drawing at this point, if he fires out a big bet, I'll still call/push hoping to see trips). Then on the river the flush hits, but it also puts the third queen out and any 9 will beat me now too, I curse myself for slowplaying and....

Did I go wrong, where. I'll post what I did later at some point, but this doesn't really matter, I want to know how I played it.

I think you are suffering from fancy play syndrome (FPS).

Check-raise is fine on the flop.

Push the turn!!!!

I would have just bet out on the flop...at the 11s you are going to be called with QJ and A9 more often than not.

In your situation you have to call the river. You definitely messed up the turn though.

LOL, thanks, so do I

Since no one seems to care anyhow, I called hoping he was a donk with the flush and I was right, he had A2 clubs, my Queens full of Sixes took it down.

Chances of him having that 9 were pretty slim. He called the first bet, then called a check-raise. That looks like a draw to me. Either that or some weak Q or a small PP that he can't let go, but that is much less likely. I don't see how he could stay in with middle pair after all that betting. I don't mind checking the turn at all. I think it's important to milk what you can from a big hand like this. Regardless of what comes, you have to be ready to put your chips in on the river if you do make that check.
