Default I\'m beginning to wonder why I should bother.

The nearby 12-24 game in a live cardroom is better than most Party 2-4s. Think: 4+ VPIP 35s. Though the capital risk is higher with 12-24, I find it easier and more pleasant to play in that game than find 6 2-4 tables to murder. (Not that I have the computing equipment to 6-table, but anyway).

There's no reason to play 2/4 if you have a bankroll that can support 12/24. fwiw, i find most online 3/6 and 5/10 games to be just as good as the 2/4 games. However, if you enjoy live play and it is close, you should just go mop up that 12/24.
