Eurobet to Neteller withdrawl declined, anyone experience this?

I just tried withdrawing over $1,600 and Eurobet apparently declined it, even though the money is not in the account anymore. I called neteller and they said it was not declined on their end. Then eurobet called and they said it wasn't declined, even though that's what the 'status' of the transaction on neteller. They said the money would be transferred by Monday. Is this normal? Anyone else experience this?
