Anyone Not Been Credited For Bet365 Monthly?

It's going on 4 days and 3 e-mails and I haven't been given the bonus yet. Are they way behind or something? Is anyone else still waiting? They're usually right on top of it.

I find that if you do the bonus in the second half of the month they aren't so backlogged.

I just signed up there. I e-mailed them yesterday for the new member bonus and December bonus, no reply yet. I was going to send a second e-mail, but it looks like I should just them a couple of days.

Been credited with casino bonus, Been credited with some of the bonus.

I mailed them asking for rest of my monthly. Still no reply...

Called today and said i must wait for my mail as they couldn't give me bonus?!? Wierd... customer support can do it by mail but not phone? Odd.

Anyhow i cleared these both at .50/1 if anyones interested.

I tried to clear the december bonus at .5/1 and they sent me an email stating my hands didn't count towards the bonus. Guess I'm SOL, so I cahsed out.
