Default Tilty, Tilt, Tilt, Tilt, and Microtilt

I tilt.

Sometimes my emotion get out of control and I know that I'm on tilt and just don't care enough to make the play I should.

It's the other times when it sneaks up on me, that really is my problem in poker. It's like micro-tilt, I'll be playing good for a while and then suddenly I find myself donking off a major part of my stack, with a hand that though I'm pretty sure I am beat, I try to salvage any possible chance of winning it. In the end this costs more than just folding after my continuation bet or whatever would have.

Does any one else experience micro-tilt like this? What do you do about it? Is there any way that you tell if you are about to go on it?

I either go tilt or I dont go tilt. Its more binary for me. Once I feel myself approaching tilt, the first time I see it affect my play, I tighten up substantially, wait for the blinds, and then take a break.
