Crypto deposit problems

Tried to deposit at William Hill today my deposit was declined twice (something about not being able to connect to something) Then I try again at Ritz Club DENIED twice. I go and check my neteller account. The first William hill deposit was taken out of my neteller and the rest were declined. I logon William Hill and no money. Doh! The email has been sent I will post an update when I hear something
