If you know that people see 250 hands/hour and you know their winrate in temrs of BBs can't you just do the math?

At a full table you get @60 hands and hour

At a full 6-max table you get @90 hands an hour

Take the number of tables played and multiply by the appropriate number of hand per hour, and you get the number of hands played per hour. It gets tricky from here on, so put on your thinking cap

Assuming a 2BB/100 win rate

Do something like 2/100 = x/hands played per hour. Solve for "x".

As 1 BB = $10, multiply "x" by 10 and you get win rate per hour.
