Muck quickly - you are saying that at best you are in a coin flip and it is likely that you may split the pot. Either way, it is not beneficial to call. Why risk T90,000 for a possible split pot? Let the other player knock out the UTG player and wait for a better position to accumulate chips.

If you are SURE that he has either A,K or Q,Q and i mean SURE you have no choice, no decision, only one play ...FOLD! Now regardless of what your buddy says I don't believe anyone is that predicatble but a fold is still the right play.

Default RESULTS...

My friend re-raised all in, and the UTG FOLDED.

Yes, Yes, it was Sheetsworld's (eric haber's) QQ.. and the QQ held. My friend went down to T$110,000 and Haber went up to T$200,000... my friend snapped off a short stack a few hands later and was back up to T$180,000 went on to place 42nd.

I had a dead read on his hand, however not sure if my friend did or not??

My immeditate take on the hand after computing pot odds, and situational expectancy was that re-raising all in here with AK was a TERRIBLE PLAY.

However that being said, I just read this article by Matt Matros and I'm starting to second guess myself on whether it was THAT TERRIBLE or NOT.. read and discuss please..

i think all in might be the proper play.. MIGHT BE... but only if you didn't stipulate that sheets must have QQ or AK.

In this case (where UTG folds), you're only going to win 23% of the time. You will split 48% of the time, and lose 29% of the time.
