Too aggressive with AJo?

$50 Empire MTT, blinds 15/30. I have T600, villain has T1350. UTG limps, folded to me on button with AJo. I raise to 125, UTG calls.

Flop comes Q73r. Villain checks. I push for 480 at 295 pot. Villain calls and shows KQo.

Did I play this wrong?

What hand are you representing with the push?
What draw are you guarding against?

All that being said, you really don't have a lot of choice in bet size, and you are not going to make him lay down KQ there.
