How much to raise flop?

Pokerroom $25 pl 6max, no reads on villiant yet and no HUD stats (anyone figured out how to configure poker ace to pokerroom?)

I'd been cont.betting often as far as I remember, my flop raise was as weak as a flop raise can be without being a miniraise, what's a better amount? Regarding the preflop raise, I was trying 80cents to get some action, just moved to pokerroom from crypto and the players appear happy to call bigger raises so I'll bump it up in future.

I've just noticed that my turn bet was probably too small. oops.

And what is it with Pokeroom players? In my first 15 minutes I had 2 people fire river bluffs at me when the board completed a flush draw, another 3 barelling an underpair. Geez I never had to put up with this at crypto.
