Lame ass.

I'm so drunk, I'd cap every street.

You have the nucking futz.

RAIZE!

mmmmm. Bourbon.

2 oz bourbon + 0.75 oz lemon juice + 0.25 oz Benedictine = perfection.

I would check, too. If he tried a bluff check raise on the turn (but he's an abc fish), he won't call the river. But I think the more likely case is he has some junky two pair and is too scared to value bet and expects you to bet.

Off topic, but I never saw the results. How did your month of trying to generate mad rakeback go?

do i check behind after 3-betting to a blank river?

what if i call the check raise and make a thin value bet on the river to a blank and get check raised?

I would tend to agree with the check as well. Being an ABC fish, my guess is he has KJ or something. I'm really confused by the raise-check however. I think its tough to really put him on a hand here. A bluff-raise is the only thing that makes sense, but fish dont usually do that.
