OK, I think this hand is interesting because it the situation comes up fairly often.

MP1 ($100)
MP2 ($100)
CO ($100)
Button ($100)
Hero ($100)
BB ($100)
UTG ($100)
UTG+1 ($100)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
i]1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $3, 2 folds, CO calls $3, 1 fold, Hero calls $2.5, BB calls $2.

Flop: ($9) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)

Hero bets $8, BB folds, UTG+1 calls $8, CO folds.

Turn: ($25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $20 , UTG+1 calls $20.

OK, my question here is concerning the turn. Would you bet this turn if villain is solid and check if he is loose/bad? I often check here and get the pot taken from me. What is the right play?

In SSNL, c/c turn, lead river if you hit. Also, c/c flop usually. In MHNL, I like lead flop, c/r turn.

I checkraise push this on the flop. You're a favorite against an overpair.

A loose player isn't folding this on the turn so I wouldn't bet. I'd check/call as it stands.
