Cheap paper cards or cheap plastic cards? If it's Bicycles you want, grab them by the truckload at the local Costco (a dozen decks for $5 last time I saw them). I have made a large purchase of Kems from these guys.

i was at costco last night and i could swear they were $13.50 or something. but maybe that was the list price. i didn' tsee an actual costco price sheet at the table they were on.
let me know if they are really $5 becasue i really wanted to buy them.

I have used cardsbycopag.com with good results. I prefer them to KEMs. This is not spam, I am not affiliated with them.

I have also been satisfied with those guys, Rochester Chess Center

I can also recommend Poker Gaming Products in Georgia. I bought a set of Dal Negros and cut cards from them.

I guess I must have seen a special. Even at ~$13 they are not very expensive. As paper cards go, Bicycles are ok.
