how to make a phone call to the UK? forgot eurobet password.
i forgot my eurobet password so I tried calling the number they gave but it doesn't work. Do I need to put any numbers before it to call from the US? TIA

okay that worked and the guy said he would reset my password to my account name. i tried to log on and that didn't work. do i have to wait some time or is there something i am missing? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Yes, sometimes the password reset/password change process at Eurobet can be a pain. I would suggest waiting a while and then trying to login again. If that doesnt work, just use the three pronged approach to Eurobet customer service:
1. Use the internal messenger 2. make a call back request (three or four times so they notice) 3. Try calling them again Do all that and just keep bothering them and you will get it figured out.
