Default Pulling an All-Nighter: Advice Needed

Due to the fact that I suck and procrastinate big time, I have two midterms tomorrow (one at 1:00 and one at 5:30) that I still need to do some studying for, a 7:45-9:10 class that I can't skip tomorrow, and a 15-20 page journal due at 5:30 that I haven't started yet.

So the all nighter is inevitable. However, these midterms are going to require me to be awake all day tomorrow and still functional. So I need some advice here, what's my best bet on being able to pull this off? Would throwing in 1 or 2 power naps of an hour work or just cause me to be more tired?

All advice appreciated

I'd avoid the napping. You'll have so much anxiety about all the shi* you have to do you won't be able to get any good sleep, plus you run the risk of oversleeping. Get all your stuff done, walk to the classroom and sleep there.

Don't stay up all night. Do some studying and start the journals. Make sure to be in bed by 2 AM. Finish the journals during the early class. Study more after that.

napping never works for me when i pull an allnighter. drink alot of juice and eat healthy. if you start to get a little tired then go outside and run a couple blocks. watch tv through the night. it will stimulate your brain enough to keep you awake, but not enough to make you tired and stressed for your test tommorow. go to the casino if you live near one. playing poker makes staying up all night much easier for me.

No napping. Coffee, or better yet, speed. If you can't get speed, you can crush Ritalin and snort it - it'll do in a pinch.

Ok, people are giving you bullshit advice...

Do you live in a dorm? If you do find someone with a prescription of aderol, ritalin, or some other prescription drug for ADD/ADHD. You will study amazingly. I would suggest buy 2 pills, taking one early morning when you start to fade (5-6ish), survive till lunch, eat, have a little caffeine, and take the 2nd around 2-3ish. You will be great.

IF you cannot get a hold of these pills I suggest getting ahold of Sobe's No Fear Energy Drink. They keep you very wired. Depending on your normal sleep habits, you may need 2 (even 3 who knows) because you will definetly be dragging come 5:30.

If you are not a napper, DO NOT NAP. It will seriously ruin you, you'll sleep longer than you want, you'll wake up tired etc.

In the morning take a shower and shave, it help to psychologically reset your clock and keep you alert.

If you are feeling super tired some pushups etc can always help get your blood going.

I do these alot (think 1-2 times a week) and this is what I've found works best.

In that case, do the journals now. Stop posting on 2+2. Put in an hour or so of study, then go to bed. Seriously. Sleep. Being fried will damage your ability to recall the information you already know on the midterms. If you spend an hour or so refreshing yourself before you sleep it will make a big difference. Spend more time on the second exam. Then cram during the class for the first one.

In the same boat at the moment. Just had an oral presentation for my 4th year engineering design project, and have a midterm tomorrow morning and an another math assignment due as well.
I've been really bad with proscrastination this year, but surprisingly I have never pulled an all-nighter in 4 years of university. I usually will go to bed at about 6pm and sleep for 2 hours. I find that is just as good as 4 or 5 hours if I know that I can sleep the next day.

Also, can you get someone else to write the journals? What are they about?
