Default Thanksgiving : Best recipe?

I usually go by the Martha Stewart recipe. Anybody have better suggestions?

I brine my turkey. I love stuffing. What else?

I've been watching a lot of Food Network lately because I find it makes my plain ham sandwich taste better if I'm watching a nice dish being prepared while I eat.

Anyway, they put all the recipes from all their shows on their site. They currently have a nice Thanksgiving section setup. Emeril has a brined turkey recipe.

I've seen one of his shows as well. Is it the one where he prepares it for the NYFD? It seems as though he makes it look so easy but I know if I do it, it'll take longer than he does, like way longer, and way more difficult. I suck at cooking and barely know basics and just basically watching the food network in hopes of somehow learning a trick or two. Iron Chef is cool but I'm never going to cook a fish or chicken or beef the way they do.

Anyhow, I'll check it out. Thanks.
