this was a couple years ago and I couldn't afford to move then.
It's a decent neighborhood.....just one idiot messing things up. He hasn't been by in over a year so things seem cool now. But yes...I am moving soon....mostly because I just want a better apartment in my remaining time in Memphis..not because of the guy. I do get free cable TV here though!!!
