Re: Where to go in Vegas this weekend?
Try the B&M forum. Also, try the bellagio. You'll find a small game and it will be cool for you to see where all the big dogs play.

Re: Where to go in Vegas this weekend?
If I was looking for a small limit poker game in Vegas, the Bellagio would be my last choice and the Wynn a close second. The Bellagio looks down their nose at 4/8.
You'll find a friendly game for small stakes hold'em at Monte Carlo and for a little more action at the MGM. Some of the lesser casinos offer small stakes hold'em, but I haven't played there. While I love staying at the Bellagio, I really didn't like the treatment in their poker room. |

Re: Where to go in Vegas this weekend?
We'll....
Flaimingo spreads an awful 2/4 game... but a great $200 NL Game. (1/2 blinds) Mandalay spreads a nice 4/8 game with 1/2 blinds... and a very tough $200 NL game (2/4 blinds) with a must move that feeds it... At times Luxor spreads a fabulous $1-4 $4-8 spread limit games where you can bet anywhere from 1-4 PF and flop and 4-8 turn and river... just play it like it is a 4/8... Monte carlo was already brought up.. Mirage spreads some nice fishy 3/6 and 6/12 games... as well as a some pretty good NL games.... I aggree with one of the original posters about bellagio and wynn... they do look down their noses at 4/8 players.... I even had the floor allow other language discussions that the players admitted were talking about what they folded relative to the board... but you do get to see Doyle and Gus and Freddy Deeb and many others sitting in the high limit room. Excalibur spreads a nice 1-3 NL game.... 200 buy in and I think 3-6 limit... big room.. MGM spreads tough NL games and all the low limit games... |
