Default I don\'t like Clarkmeister\'s Theorem, KQs

I've never really liked Clarkmeister's Theorem. I understand that it'll work, but I kept getting the feeling that inducing a bluff would be more profitable than the 40% chance HU that a guy has a single heart. And people with worse hands will bet.
I finally found a Clarkmeister's Theorem instance where I check/called rather than bet/folded, and I think I don't mind it so much.

My feelings on the matter I couldn't quantify other than "Hey, this never [censored] works, top pair STILL calls the bet, and my busted AKo doesn't mean crap." And even the fishiest LPP in the world could wrangle up a bluff on a 4-flush board.

Or to you guys, is TPGK worth a check/call?

I'm sure there's some big archived discussion about it, but I didn't find one.

I prefer the now traditional bet-fold line. You're not giving him the chance to fold a better hand and he's not raising you often.

i dont ever bet these type of hands into a 4 flush board.

i never understood the principle behind why people do it.

1, you can induce a bluff.
2, you can have a guy check behind his small flush or 2 pair.
3, you cant get a guy to fold a small flush
4, you probably cant get a guy to fold a better nonflush hand than yours
5, there are many donkeys out there and you cant be sure you wont be bluffraised

maybe these plays dont work well against aggressive players like the ones at 15/30, but at 3/6 the reasons listed above hold true for most of the passive players.

i could probably go on but i think thats enough reasoning for now.
