Whoa! Expensive!...here might be an alternative..
The following page on the MMA Poker Supply site has the blank labels for a whopping $5.19 for ONE 63 label sheet!
http://www.mmapokersupply.com/labelpaper.htm Are the following the same labels that I found in 2 minutes of searching on Google? http://www.worldlabel.com/Pages/wl-ol1025.htm They offer 100 sheets (63 per) for $22.95 !!! Also, they have glossy, matte, weatherproof, colored, foiled, and clear. If they are indeed the same, MMA looks more like a ripoff to me.
