Default What note do you put on this opponent? (PS 30/60)

I had not seen this opponent before.

6-handed, folded to villian on button who raises with Qh8h, I 3-bet in the SB, villian calls.

Flop is A85 1 heart. Villian calls.

Turn is 7x. Villian bets and calls checkraise.

River is 6. Villian calls.

Good, bad, ugly?

I typically open Q8s from the button so I don't make a note about that, but I do make a note that says something in shorthand that translates to "loose calls for multiple bets with mediocre holding after bttn steal attempt"
