Quick Pre Flop Question: a7s ep +2

In short, what do you do in MTT NL a7s third position? In length:

Third seat (EP+2?). 10 person MTT $40 30k guranteed Pacific where there are some idiots. 2 people fold to me, big blind at about 1/40 of my stack, a7s. Aprox 2 people enjoy betting Pre-Flop where they shouldn't a bit too much. And another 1 person or so is not so good. The rest are some what competent, there's not alot of calling post flop so I don't figure that I will neccesarily be paid off for my flush if I hit it. The blinds are moderete in tightness, normal for this level medium skill. What would you do with this hand here?
