Default Best ground coffee is.......

Every morning I pick up a Tim Horton's coffee but I've decided to make my own. Any good ground coffee out there? I should probably buy the beans whole and grind them up every morning but that is too much hassle.

Find a local coffee shop that you like the coffee from, and buy the beans from them.

As for retail brands, Folder's and Maxwell house are standard and taste good. 7-11 Dark Mountain Roast is good if you like strong, dark coffee.

I like 8 o'clock and chock full of nuts but getting them at the coffeeshop you like is the best answer.

Should I store the tin in the freezer or will this not help keep it fresh longer? It'll probably take me like 2 months to go through a 700g tin.

I've never tried those. I very rarely brew my own coffee, so maybe I'm not the best to comment on this. There's a nice coffee shop 3 blocks away that takes care of my needs.

That is not easy to find outside the south. French Market is generally available in supermarkets in the west and midwest:

They also make a good french roast for those who don't like chicory.
