This is probably about the only police brutality video where I have no sympathy for the victim.

They're not shooting her more, they're wrapping up the wires. As far as justified I'm sure it's going to be ruled as unjustified, but by the book if she did bat him away or something while he went to grab the phone it is assault.

I'd like to point out that she's a bit melodramatic, I've been hit with a riot tazer, and if that tazer was really that powerful her ass would be a)unconcious b) drooling on the ground. Either way she's a whiny person with quite a bit of attitude.

Its not going to be ruled as justified since they'll say that two large men should have been able to pull her out of the car without tazering.

Personally I'm of the opinon that if a cop tells you to step out of the car you probably should do it. Especially when he's clearly stated why he's arresting you. Plus she was given tons of warnings. She basically had an attitude of "I'm right and he's can't do crap to me"

I think if a cop gives you an order and tells you that if you dont comply you will be tazed, you shouldn't be surprised if you get tazed.

I have long hair and a beard. If I pulled this, I would be happy to come out of it only "tazed." I know guys who have had cops blow out their knees with a flashlight for less.
