Places to host in NH and MA? Need some help...

My poker group has grown dramatically in the past year. We now average 25-30 people per tournament and come Sept we will be too big to have at people's houses. I have called many halls and bars looking for a bigger place to have the games. We plan on capping it at 45 people per tournament. They will not let me rent because we are not a charitable organization and this is essentially illegal. When we find a place, it will not be a public event, no advertising, just the same group of guys with referred new players. Does anyone know of someplace that would be willing to talk to us? We are looking for something in the circle of Nashua, NH, Salem, NH, Lawrence, MA, Lynn, MA, Waltham, MA, Natick, MA, Lowell, MA.

Try a golf course, I play in one out in Leceister that is at a GC.

i never considered a golf course, considering poker is more of a winter activity and the clubhouse is empty, that is a great idea. Thanks!
